We have only been here once. We had the lobstah roll, it was the best that we have ever eaten. The staff was very kind and helpful. This will be a go to place for when we are up that way again.
Outstanding fish. Great service and friendly faces. Yummy stone crab, lobster roll and awesome fish tacos. Keep ingredients fresh and seasonal and you guys will do great. Nice to meet your mom!!! See you next year!
We called Big Water Fish Market on Valentine's Day to see if they had King Crab legs. They said they did, when we drove there they did not. They said they never had them. Apparently lying about seafood is OK to Big Water. I don't know about you, but I like to do business with places I trust. Especially when it comes to seafood. We didn't even get an apology, just rudeness. Thanks for the lie, Big Water. Rude and dishonest is no way to run a seafood business.

Big Water normally does have King Crab Legs & it is one of our most popular items, especially on Valentine's. When you came in you spoke with a new employee that is not familiar yet with our entire stock. We apologize for that and the misunderstanding. I wish you had asked to speak to the owner who was available but did not hear of your request until after you had left the store. We strive to please all of our customers with the freshest seafood available & under no circumstances would we try to mislead someone.
The freshest fish on the island. Staff was very helpful and the kitchen was absolutely immaculate. 20 plus years in the restaurant business, and I've never seen a fish market this clean. We will definitely be back this year for our annual 4th of July vacation
Ate lunch there yesterday, the food was awesome! Recommend it highly.
