I have been living in this community for five years now, and I can say with certainty that the administration is terrible. Every year, they have increased the rent on the lots without offering any improvements or benefits in return. They treat us property owners as if we weren't owners at all. Despite having a budget allocated for lot improvements, they try to evade their responsibility and delegate it to the residents, who do not own the lots.
