This is our second time in 2 months at the property on 410 Canal Rd, Siesta Key ( Paradise Cove is the name of the rental property) We came back to celebrate my birthday, first time was 4th of July weekend 2022. RecommendedWe had a wonderful week at the house! There were issues but they were fixed immediately and we were compensated for our inconvenience. Kim and the rest of the VRBO team were always quick to respond and very pleasant to work with. We would definitely book with them again in fact my family is considering doing an annual trip with all 17+ ! Thanks for helping make our week on the beach so great!! We had a great time staying here for a girls weekend! The location was really convenient and we really enjoyed the pool. My only suggestion would be that the house could use some better pans to cook on. The pans that were in the kitchen were very old and worn, even with using oil and butter it was hard to cook on. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towel fairly quickly. When going on vacation for a weekend those are the types of things that you don’t want to have to worry about when renting. Spacious home with enough room to congregate together or have your own solitude throughout the stay. Home is very clean, pool is fantastic as always. We have stayed more than once and each time there is an immense amount of ease with check in and contact. Location is perfect! Dana is fantastic to work with and we will be back!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Summer Salt. The location was perfect with very close proximity to village, market and beach access 2, which is great for hauling all the stuff needed for a family in the wagon provided at the unit. Beach access 2 is a narrow strip of beach and doesn't require you to lug all your stuff through the wide section of the beach on the south end. Pool and patio is great right outside the door. Matthew our host was also very helpful leading up to our stay. Highly recommend Summer Salt!

Stayed at the Beach Retreat for a month in March. Great location. Nice pool and private backyard. Appliances were frustrating. Dishwasher didn't work well and had no drying cycle. Really smelled bad, too, until we cleaned the filter ourselves. Front of VERY loud washing machine kept falling off--had obviously been jerry-rigged before our arrival. Refrigerator died early on but SKLRP nicely reimbursed us for the food we had to throw out. Ice maker didn't work on the replacement frig. so we bought bagged ice. Some of the beach... read more
