Amazing experience doing beach yoga with Lynn! Absolutely beautiful day, and Lynn did such a great job radiating beautiful energy, modifying poses to meet everyone’s needs, and making the experience beneficial and healing for everyone. Definitely stop by if you are in the Siesta Key/Sarasota area!

Phenomenal yoga studio, I’m obsessed! I took the yoga sculpt and burn class with Cassie and I’m extremely impressed with every single aspect of this place. The class was challenging, the studio was beautiful, and the instructor was awesome. Not only got an amazing workout but also left feeling grounded and with a clear mind. Highly highly recommend!! Can’t wait to come back!!
