I would give a 0 if available. I participated in a sleep study on 11/17/21 and received no results, phone is out of order, and I have never had any contact by mail either. I have reached out to my referring doctor, and they have attempted many times to reach to Siesta Health LLC and finally received a response as they are closed. They do good during the test, but when it comes to getting the results good luck. I had my test mid August 2021 and it's now Oct and still need my results and now the phone number is out of service.
I had one nurse tell me one thing with another telling me something different. The number it seems is never working and when it does the mailbox is full. They charge you $175 for missed appointments yet you can never get through to cancel them in a timely manner!!
Very unprofessional. Representatives were never available and couldn't keep appointments.
