We just returned from our vacation at Bay Oaks (D41). Rental process was easy, great location for check in and great service. Bay Oaks is a nice development and our condo was perfect for our family.

I HAVE 16 10 SECOND VIDEOS OF THS FIRM TRESPASSING & BURGLARIZING MY COURT YARD & LAUNDRY ROOM AT MY VILLA IN BAYWOOD COLONY VILLAS ON TIDEWOOD AVE. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! IF I WASN'T SO BUSY I'D CALL SCSO ON THIS 4 EYED FLOP DICK & HIS BLOND DOUCHE BAG
These guys are the bestestestestest. They do a great job with every aspect of rentals on Siesta Key. Wouldn't use anyone else.
Stayed at 7007 Point of Rocks. Rental agency was great, but after hours maintenance service was argumentative and rude. House didn't stay cool during the day due to no insulation. Never felt like we had privacy due to owners coming and going out of the garage as well as parking in the drive way numerous times while they went to the beach. We've used this agency before and love working with them, but never staying at this property again.
Stayed at at Point of Rocks with our friends end of April and it was fantastic! We will be back! Thanks!
