Keep the garbage situation under control. Messes everywhere, trash overflowing all the cans, animals foraging & leaving bigger messes. I live on Crescent Street and am sick of cleaning up their messes and even worse, having to see and smell it all
We have stayed at Crystal Sands four times. We come down twice a year for 5 weeks. This time we stayed in unit 1001. This unit has not been renovated in at least 30 years. (1989 microwave still in unit). We had to ask for a new mattress, old one you felt the springs in your back. Three televisions, living room was newer and the two bedroom ones older. Major screen burn in master bedroom and really not viewable. No DVR and only recieved basic cable on one TV, other TV's were unwatchable. The owner (Jane Wainscott) lied and sa... read more

******* ********* called on 2/22 to say the Tv's were not working. Our office went to the condo and all Tv's were working. The only issue was that the Tv's did not have DVR and were not HD. The owner immediately ordered new boxes, Frontier controls how quickly they are delivered. The boxes installed upon delivery. The owner also purchased a brand new mattress for the guests. The guest also overloaded the washing machine causing it to overflow. The guests then called our after hours emergency line and demanded a plumber come ... read more
We honestly didn’t have a good experience with Siesta 4 Rent. When we checked in the staff told us the garbage disposal didn’t work. I asked if they were planning to fix it, and the guy said, “nope.” We got to our condo and the WiFi wasn’t working, a light wasn’t working, other lights didn’t have lightbulbs, the tub didn’t drain (gross), there is a hole in the wall in a bathroom, dishes that were put away had crumbs, bugs or mold in them and the place was dirty. called me 7 days before my Vacation to let me know the condo we rented had a plumbing issue and I needed to pick another one. okay. no problem. except I already had family in the same area and needed a condo close to them but also updated to feel like I was on vacation. They refused to accommodate me in this short notice to stay in a condo that was a little more expensive but it was close to the area we needed to be in. would not recommend this company due to the terrible customer service.

My family and I just returned 2 days ago from our vacation at Crystal Sands on Siesta Key that we booked through Siesta4rent. Our experience with them was great as usual but my reason for leaving this review is because I just realized this morning that we forgot my husband's leather boots in the condo. I called and asked Perry if someone could go and check for us. He went right away and called me about 15 minutes later telling me that he found them.
