We have stayed at Crystal Sands four times. We come down twice a year for 5 weeks. This time we stayed in unit 1001. This unit has not been renovated in at least 30 years. (1989 microwave still in unit). We had to ask for a new mattress, old one you felt the springs in your back. Three televisions, living room was newer and the two bedroom ones older.
