SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF IN a GREAT STORE – Siers has a great supply of foods that your local pet store chain doesn't carry. They also carry everything from leashes and collars to toys and a huge variety of bones. The staff is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE!! They are friendly, know their stuff and will gladly help you find what you are looking for, even if you don't know exactly what that is. I have even bought dog food here and they offered to take the open 20 lb bag back if my dog's stomach did not react well to it. Really great local... read more

SMART & Courteous staff GREAT service - extremely knowledgeable. I needed to find an alternative to pricy prescription dog food - and they had just the right stuff. After 12 months, my dog is actually feeling better than the Rx formula.
Great Store Unbelievable pricing and phenominal service. I could not dream of shopping any where else. Thier Canidae selection is OFF THE CHAIN!!!! They are now stocking the grain free formulas! Hooray!
Great Feed Store Sought out a local store for Pro Pac Performance dog food and this was the closest I could find. I drove 35 minutes to get there and was pleasantly surprised when I arrived that the staff was warm and courteous, the store was clean and they even helped load the dog food in the trunk of my car. Overall a great place - now if they could just make a location closer to Wheaton :o) !
Family owned I have been going to this store for 21 years,the same family owns and runs it, they love dogs,cats and fish. Their little granddaughter names all the fish so believe me there are no dead ones on display. I have never seen betas for sale there they sell Koi and goldfish and pond supplies. The owner has his own pet Koi in with the others so they all get great care.They are friendly and ready to help you carry out your purchase what more could you ask for.
i love this store. having moved out to the suburbs from the city over a year ago, siers' pet food supply has been a great source. i have two dogs and three cats and have always fed them the super premium food and not having to drive to the city to find pet food has been huge. the staff at this store have always been courteous and helpful. their prices have also been very much in line with what i've been used to. they have also special ordered food for us. they are also always willing to give a discount with bulk orders depen... read more
