Sierra is the best integrative body work specialist around! Why? Because she listens to you, sizes up the problem quickly, and then solves the problem while working you firmly, which is what I needed. She then teaches you the why behind the problem and will provide videos and other resources to hold you accountable, which is important. Kudos!

Sierra does an incredible job! I have had two hip injuries and a shoulder injury, making me a complex case. She not only works her magic to relieve me of pain but explains why my body reacts the way it does. Even better, she’s provided helpful exercises to do at home to help me live pain-free.
