This is an outstanding family run local business. We used them for installation of several Hunter Douglas blinds in our new home. Their design services were invaluable and the whole process was hassle-free. Fast forward a few years and some of our blinds starting having paint peeling issues, which was no fault of Sierra. They jumped right in and contacted Hunter Douglas and got every single one of them replaced at no charge. I can't recommend them highly enough for their high level of customer service.
HIGHLY recommend this hard working family business. Sierra Window coverings gave us outstanding service. Very friendly and very trustworthy. Cant wait to use this fine establishment for future services. Thank you SO MUCH!!

When my Hunter Douglas blinds broke on me, the prospect of having to have them fixed was overwhelming. Luckily, I did some research and settled on Sierra Window Coverings to help me navigate how to get them replaced. SWC's staff was helpful and professional, and walked me through how to take care of most of what I needed to do (how to remove blinds safely, transport, etc) on my own.
