Terrible. They lost their designer in the fall of 2025 right when they took on my bathroom remodel. The temporary designer was terrible. Unorganized, overwhelmed and old ideas. They cant even calculate square footage correctly. We left when the designer told us she would not be around for the construction. Terrible.
What a pleasant experience buying a washer and dryer at Sierra West. I am new to the area from Maine. I happened upon this place while at the motor vehicle department express location. Everyone in the store was so helpful. I mistakenly did not properly measure the space for the new washer and dryer and had originally purchased the pedestals. From the time we walked in the door to the date of installation, we had the BEST experience with Sierra West Sales. Tyler not only knows the products, but his customer services skills are exceptional. The installation team was super efficient and they answered all of our questions with a smile. We purchased a Wolf oven and stovetop and a Sub-Zero refrigerator.
