We had a very positive experience purchasing a Wolf dual fuel range from Sierra West Sales. Tyler provided excellent sales assistance, providing pre-install technical advice and answering all our questions with professionalism and courtesy. Non-existent customer service. Worthless staff. They blame everything on you, the customer, and just hem and haw, while nothing gets done. DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT! The general manager is a useless shill who acts like there is never a problem and doesn’t understand what the issues are. And the salespeople just talk on script and do not deliver. We STILL have NOT received the correctly sized oven rack for the small second oven. They are clearly using the incorrect product number. And have not contacted us to rectif... read more
Their 'designer' Stacey dragged the project for 4 weeks and no communication. I thought she had been working on it during that time. When I called, she mentioned she's very overwhelmed with projects and should have mentioned it before. She asked me to call her back the next morning to go over things and get it started. I called and left a message. She didn't call back. This business has great potential. However, their customer service is their weakness.
We came looking for new stove options and surprisingly bought one within two hours. The salesperson was knowledgeable, but didn't expose us to too much information. We're happy with our choice and it was a good Sierra West Sales experience. We'd recommend them and would of course return for other appliances.
