I can say that the personalized service is a step above the rest. From start to finish it was a seamless transition from the booking to the final drop off. I’m broke most of the time, but traveling with Sierra West made me feel like a rich man. Hats off!!!
From start to finish having this service was excellent. The gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable and explained everything we asked. The drivers we had were top notch. Beverages chilled and waiting in the car. Snacks for days. They took care of our whole group and even had a few laughs with us. Wonderful service!!
I never give a 5 star review for anything, but this company deserves it, so how could I not give them 5 stars.! I have used this company for many years because they are always on time, very polite, respectful, and make me feel safe, and treat me like a VIP every time. Roger and his whole team work well together, starting with good communication. I HIGHLY recommend this company for all of your travel needs.. 🫶🏽
