Really great service! Very affordable polishing and cleaning. Tevin and Joseph helped me out. The owner was kind enough to gift me a used ring box. Super grateful.
Sierra west helped me design a great ring. It took somewhat longer than expected but they were communicative and the end product was wonderful.
I love this Sierra West Jewelers in Murray! They gave us such great customer service. Fred the manager spent so much time with us and showed us so many features in a ring and the diamond in my price range. I chose to have a ring made for me because the one they had in stock was in white gold and I wanted it in yellow gold with the features that I wanted in the band style. $20 necklace set, turns shady repair. I’m pretty irate. Livid. About a year and a half ago I was gifted a Pearl necklace by someone very close to me. I had worn it almost religiously for about 9 months before eventually I had a clasp snap. I took it in for a repair when they had told me they don’t have the old clasp (chrome plated copper) and that I’d need to upgrade to silver to do the repair.
