Horrible service ,They do not try to help out a paying customers by any means, I will never refer this company to anyone ,they set a tiolet and wax ring was not even touching bottom of tiolet bowl bs service!! For $500 fn dollars. No I'm good no need to warranty,I fixed it yesterday. For what you guys charged is wild .

I had a problem with my RO water system. I contacted Sierra Vista Plumbing, and they fixed the issue within the week. Great guys and service.
My father contacted them 27th, 2024, Friday due to not being able to restart the pilot light on his water heater. Two men business came out on Saturday morning. They released a safety latch and pushed the ignition button. This process took literally 5 minutes. My father was charged 441.15 for 5 minutes of their time for a very simple task.
They came and resolved the problem. The servicemen were courteous and professional. I am a recent amputee and they were very respectful of my situation. I called their office and the workers were here the same day.
