I've never had any issues with the doctors. I've only not cared for one I seen and it was a sick visit. Staff has always been friendly
I've been taking my daughter here for years and everyone here is always professional and courteous. The staff here needs to be recognized for their efforts. Kudos 👏
The pediatric side of employees is great. They always take care of my kids. Whereas the call center side of it is absolutely HORRIBLE. Called yesterday to see if I could get an appointment for my 8 month old & they didn’t have anything available. I proceed to ask the rep on the phone what time they open and she told me 9AM. Fast forward to 9AM next day and I call and they have no available appointments. I asked the same rep I spoke to yesterday who gave me false informations about the time they open and she said 8:30AM. Very accommodating. Easy to make an appointment
I’ve been sent the same bill three different times for the same date of service, each with a completely different amount. Every time I call TRICARE, they confirm there are no denials on their end, yet the office keeps insisting my insurance is denying the claim. To make matters worse, Shelly in billing has been extremely rude and unprofessional during multiple interactions. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing — I expected much better communication and respect from a pediatric office.
