I'm still shocked after I witnessed how one of the employee treated couple of elderly women. They both were wearing masks, but one of them had it slightly pulled down under her nose. This employee who was referring him self as the manager insisted she had to cover her nose as well. I had a horrible experience today in this store after I shopped here for past 4 years. Pam was the best manager ever. now the new manager or at least he claimed to be a manager, younger dark haired man has been very rude to me and my sister. I personally won't shop there anymore and will rather drive to Tucson to natural grocers.

my first time and last time in this store. I have a service dog because of a medical condition and he goes everywhere with me I was approached by an employee and asked if he was a certified service dog I said yes and pointed to his vest that states service dog on it the employed then asked what he is trained for, really that's my personal medical information a store can not ask for that information I was so i so upset by this I have never had any store employee demand to know my medical problem. I love cooperatives in general. This one is amazing. Natural foods, organic and fair trade choices.
They can definitely make a bad day better!!! On an especially rough day I love to walk up there, happy staff, yummy foods good for the body, my favorite milk and detox stress cleanses... etc... turns my day around for sure!!! ❤️❤️
