While I have no issues with my physician or medical treatment received, secondary support, Sierra Vista Medical Group Administrative Staff and medical technicians are disappointing at best. Contact with anyone beyond the first line scheduler is nearly impossible. Once contact is established and commitments (call backs) are made, they are not met in a timely manner or at all!
