I have been trying to schedule a mammogram here. It’s been three weeks and no appointment made. I have never seen such unprofessionalism. You don’t call patients sweetie or dear or whatever. Just do your job. Make the appointments. I’m now going to not give any of the business to this hospital. Very disappointing.

Waited 5 hours for my daughter to have cuts cleaned is an utter disgrace, and the nurse refused to remove debris from her wounds. I was watching the nurses doing nothing for most of that time. What a bunch of clowns. Don't go here unless you're dying and even then I'd go to a different hospital. This hospital is a disgrace, not even worth the money they spend to stay open.

Only giving 2 due to the nice lady at registration. However, it BAFFLES me that SVH blood lab is not connected to networks. Their system is still fax and hard copy. And faxing is hit or "mostly" miss! Just like with many other emergencies, we have to travel an hour for a standard of care.

Worst experience no help. Told them what I needed offered my medical records didn’t want to listen or see records. Didn’t take temperature didn’t look at my ears or throat. My blood pressure through the roof which unusual for me. Didn’t do a thing said oh amoxicillin will fix everything. Go here if you want to die
