I don’t usually post reviews but I want to say “Thankx” when it’s due. I’ve been working with Sierra Vista Glass for many years and they’ve always done a great job. But recently we had a problem with an install due to odd circumstances. This is when you know you’re working with a good company, when there’s an issue, and problems occur. Spoke to a lady (didn't catch her name) there and I haven't had someone as rude to me as she was, as if it was my fault she didn't understand me and giving me mixed information.
Took car here to have drivers side window replaced after it shattered. When we picked it up they said they clipped the window in place "up" because the motor was jammed with glass. Sounded reasonable until we tried to replace the motor and discovered they never attached the window to the motor at all. The window was never position properly and wind whistles through it. I went to get an estimate on my cars front windshield. They are known for & also do all home window services. The two front desk women were very helpful & friendly. I received a very fair estimate & will follow up when the service is done. And.. support your local business community here in Sierra Vista.
Replaced my windshield in a quick timely manner!! Will definitely use them again
