Update: While I appreciate the response from the company, after 3 months whatever adhesive they used for the seals has completely failed. The seal interferes with the sliding portion of the window, and since it's now completely loose will bind up and stick the window open, as well as letting in a draft/noise. Getting some silicone myself and repairing it isn't a huge deal, but for something I supposedly paid to have professionally done a 3 month lifespan is unacceptable. Had them come out to replace a broken window at my apartment. It took about a week total from contacting them to a finished job, from 01/02/25 to 01/09/2025. Not super pleased with communication, their website doesn't seem to do anything, and was told I'd get a follow up call to confirm times for the measurements that never came. Quoted price was reasonable, and was scheduled for the next day. Technician was running late, and I guess he was in a rush.
