I was a bit hesitant because of the reviews I’ve read on here, but sierra vista has been more than accommodating with all of my needs. People tend to take time to write reviews when they are upset or inconvenienced, but I’m taking the time to write a positive one. I have a laundry list of health problems and they are all working together to keep me nice and healthy. I def recommend.

Dr. Smita Mandal was a rude, arrogant, unprofessional doctor. I waited a month and a half for this appointment and when I finally was there I then waited over an hour after my appointment time for her to see me after getting back to the room. Then she rushed me and kept trying to finish my sentences. She saw me for a total of 5 mins max and I’m ready pushing it cause it was more like 3 or 4 mins. I’ve been a patient at this clinic for over a year, and while I’ve had wonderful experiences with several departments—including therapy, OBGYN, and a few outstanding specialists—my overall care was significantly impacted by one provider: Dr. Sara Tom (a nurse practitioner, not MD.).
