Expect paying two to three times over for paperwork, filing or information, even after court you're told not to take notes because they will get you a copy, you will pay again for the secretary and lawyer. Expect your trust money (not the firm) to pay for updating a new lawyer in the courts after yours moves and the backup leaves and you didn't even approve the 3rd lawyer.
