I had to call them a few times because whoever faxed over my lab results mistyped the office's fax number, so it took a lot longer than it should have been.

I regret choosing this place to get my blood drawn. 2 customers, including me. Came in at 4:06, it's almost 5 and I'm still sitting here waiting. I'm the only person here. I can't imaging what it's like when any more than 2 people are here.
