My chiweenie tragically passed away suddenly 2 weeks ago at home on this day - the receptionist, Melissa was one of the kindest people Iv'e ever dealt with at a vet or any medical facility. She was there for me on the phone as my dog was dying in my arms. Everytime I have called she has been so kind and caring which I do not see anymore in the world. DO NOT GO HERE! They charged me over 4 grand to get my dogs broken tooth removed and I had trusted them and didn’t question it. I had come back for a follow up appointment and they charged me about 500, I decided to look at the billing receipt and caught them charging me an extra 200 for something that they could not name, they ended up removing it and apologizing but after I decided to get quotes for canine removal and every other vet I talked to was quoting me at least 2 grand less than they charged me! They were able to help me out and take care of my dog when we had an emergency. The staff was kind and the doctor was very thorough. I will be back!
Dr. Lewis is great with terriers. Actually she just a great vet. Sierra is not cheap but then not expensive either. Solid staff and pet care.
Sierra Vet is wonderful. The technicians are so nice and I just love the vets. We take all our pets here. They do boarding as well. We feel safe leaving our pets here. Sierra Veterinary deserves ten stars, not five.
