Very expensive. Otherwise ok
My senior dog was a patient of this vet with heart condition and struggling to breathe. Called on a Wednesday morning for euthanasia. Office not open of course, had to call emergency number. Was told and I quote by the vet "If you pay $150 above and beyond the euthanasia fee, yes, you could come in at 1". How this practice remains in business is beyond me. I will never bring another animal here.
They let dogs with parvo in the front office and weigh them on the same scale they use for other dogs without putting dogs pads or cleaning it. Went there three times and wasn’t able to get the right help every time I was there. Dawkins is running a circus not a clinic
Our precious Aussie labradoodle Sophie developed diarrhea and shaking while we were traveling in New Mexico. I called the Sierra veterinary Services, LLC in Truth or Consequences and they couldn’t have been kinder. The staff got us in that morning and Dr. Dawkins treated Sophie with great care, compassion, and professionalism. She offered options for care and after a dose of medication, and some probiotic food, Sophie is back to her happy, joyful, healthy self!
