My Cat needed Surgery for an obstruction. The Doctor told me that "during Intubation, he regurgitated and acquired an Aspiration Pneumonia". I was given a payment agreement for a specified amount that I signed. One week Later, The Staff under the Owners Direction changed the amount by deliberately manipulating the copy of the original Document to fit the higher charge.
