Poor customer service. After receiving someone else’s order, they attempted to have me print out a label and take it to a facility to be returned. Only after suggesting that was unacceptable did they offer to have someone come to my location and pick it up. My package was sent somewhere else and I was told the only option was to get a refund because it was no longer available with no real attempt to make it right. Not what I was expecting from Sierra.com
The worst place they very slow a few palettes took them 7 hours to unload
Convenient location. Plenty of space, parking convenient. Entrance from the north east side. At the entrance to the guard must show a driver’s license, consignment note, and number appoint. I immediately gave the door, drove parked, unload quickly. There is a Walmart nearby if you need to spend the night.
