In all honesty you can not find a better place to fix your vehicle than at Big O Tires in Grass Valley California. My experience was flawless, honest and cooperatively dependable. My advice would be to speak with Bryan… He is straight up honest! And in my situation he saved me more than just a few hundred dollars. His guidance and his crews workmanship renewed my trust confidence that my vehicle will remain a dependable asset. Thank you Bryan! You have earned my business!
Super rude service. Wouldn’t help me unless I bought new tires from them. I had an alignment appointment. The guy said he wouldn’t align my car unless I bought 4 brand new tires from him. My tires weren’t even bad. I just replaced the rack and pinion and absolutely needed an alignments. They are rude and scammers. I went to a place in Nevada city after my horrible experience at Big O and they helped me and didn’t try and hustle me. I really appreciate that Big O tires would put two used tires on my vehicle. They did an excellent job, and fast. Their customer service is always very friendly and I highly recommend Big O.
Very pleased with Big O Tires!! They got me in super fast, I love being able to set an appointment online, and I had new tires in an hour! I was also pleased to find out that I do not need new brakes yet. And I was happy they did not force me to buy something I didn’t need yet.
I came into their shop a few weeks ago to get some tires mounted onto my car. This is the best experience I've had so far with tire shops in town. Kind, Respectful, Knowledgeable, Fast and affordable. I have had some terrible experiences with some shops in the past and these guys blew them out of the water! My new recommendation to anyone who needs tires is these guys!!
