I am dissapointed that the manager lied to my face about balancing the brand new tires on my truck that i purchased. I asked brian did they install wheel weights on the edge of the rim and he said yes. I dont see any weights on here and i haven't even left the parking lot. I noticed this while painting my lug studs and nuts because i know better then to trust they did that right too. In all honesty you can not find a better place to fix your vehicle than at Big O Tires in Grass Valley California. My experience was flawless, honest and cooperatively dependable. My advice would be to speak with Bryan… He is straight up honest! And in my situation he saved me more than just a few hundred dollars. Very pleased with Big O Tires!! They got me in super fast, I love being able to set an appointment online, and I had new tires in an hour! I was also pleased to find out that I do not need new brakes yet. And I was happy they did not force me to buy something I didn’t need yet.
I have worked with a couple of the team members for years. They’re always helpful, insightful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. In addition, I never feel they are trying to gouge me to buy more or upsell me. Prices are fair and reasonable.
I came into their shop a few weeks ago to get some tires mounted onto my car. This is the best experience I've had so far with tire shops in town. Kind, Respectful, Knowledgeable, Fast and affordable. I have had some terrible experiences with some shops in the past and these guys blew them out of the water! My new recommendation to anyone who needs tires is these guys!!
