Been going to Sierra Tax Service since 2004. I go back year after year because they are professional, honest, friendly.
Very disappointing! I have been coming to this place for over 10 years faithfully but since my past preparer retired my experience has been terrible. Calls are not returned in a timely manner and weird things are being done to your taxes that no one can explain or bother calling you back for. They are too busy to call you back and answer your questions.
I have been using their services for years and have never been disappointed! Great business and wonderful staff!
