My friend brought his cat in to be spayed and she did not make it out alive. I was loyal to this vet for a very long time but my trust has been shattered and I sincerely hope that they do not decide to bill a senior on a fixed income for this tragedy.
I took my dog in for a nail trim and he came back fearful and hiding his feet. Once I got a look at his foot, one of his toes was majorly red. I called Sierra vet to tell them that they did something to my dog’s foot and they out right denied it. I have had this dog since he was 4 months old (today he turns 4 years old) and he has NEVER had any skin issues. There’s no way it is a coincidence. I love the care Sierra Veterinary hospital provided for my 2 dogs, and they explained everything to me and ask if I had any questions. Right from the beginning they were very comfortable with my dogs like they knew them for a while.
Truly gets to know all of my dogs needs. Remembers them and their little quirks. Loves them as much as I do and it shows :-) wouldn’t go anywhere else!
So professional and efficient. Even though I could not be with my dog for her exam, the veterinarian called me and explained her annual physical results. The vet tech handled my dog well and she was excited to go in and see all the staff. Best veterinary office around the greater SLT area.
Sierra Veterinary was the only place that would accept our dog for an emergency procedure. That goes a long ways with us!!
Just like a lot of people stating lately on Sierra Vet Facebook about there new owners/doctors and prices. I will not be going back. I will find a new Vet. I WAS a loyal fan for over 20 yrs but not anymore. 😡
I am so very disappointed in the service I received yesterday. I do not know if I will ever return, honestly. I made an appointment for my kittens to get a yearly check up and shots, was quoted a price for the service. I understand we are in different times but I was not told to text you when I got there nor was I told when I made my appointment that there was other shots due in a week or so.
