A very welcoming and peaceful studio. It’s absolutely beautiful! Staff and teachers are all so kind and unique. There is a variety of yoga, meditation, sound healing and more classes and workshops for adults and kids.
Great atmosphere, efficient administration and of course two of the best therapists in the business - Nora and Rolo.
This morning I had my first ever (at 37 yrs!) yoga class so went in with an open mind… the studio itself is beautiful open airy and clean. I was blessed to meet Nora the owner who was leading class today as well as Matthew, the operations manager/shaman/person of many talents. Beautiful souls who love what they do and it shows. This place was fantastic! I went to a yoga class here and it exceeded my expectations. The studio was very clean and looked great. They have everything you need. They have blocks, mats, meditation pillows, straps- literally everything. I had Gia as an instructor. She was fantastic. She did a great job at making every movement flow into the next. Every position could be dialed up or down depending on your experience and there were options for every position.
