Danny, as always, resolved the issue with my tub/shower issue. I can always count on the issue being taken care of in just one visit when he is assigned the work order. His customer service, knowledge and understanding is always the very best!!!
It is very disappointing that every time the maintenance guy Danny comes to my apartment he smells of weed. It leaves my apartment smelling like that after he leaves and it is quite frankly rude and unacceptable.
The office lady Rebecca is rude and condescending. She always talks down to people like they are beneath her. I don’t appreciate being talked to that way by anyone. I’ve witnessed this happen to other residents here as well and something should be done. Please train her on how to be professional.
