Very friendly. Great service. Took my car in for six month oil change maintenance check, they finished within an hour as promised. Extremely happy with this dealership and their service department. I would highly recommend this location to everyone.

Just purchased my new and first Subaru from Sierra. Nelson came out to greet us and has been very helpful throughout the entire process, which took about a week. We did our research and he respected/honored our request, and without hassle. Really appreciated his pleasant and chill demeanor. Made my car shopping experience easy.
Promised test drive with $50 gift card but no gift card given. Maybe the manager forget about it.
Nelson from the sales department and the manager Andrew was great. I came in for a lease buyout and was in and out within an hour and a half. Very honest sales experience and not pushy. I would highly recommend anyone to come here to buy a Subaru. 5 stars all around!
