Editing review after a horrible service appointment! Mike M. helped us, assuring that my vehicle would only take an hour to an hour and a half. Granted, I know things can change, so I always like to give grace. 2 and a half hours later, no update. We saw everyone that came at the same time as us (and after us), already leaving with their vehicles. I had my vehicle serviced at Sierra Subaru recently and experienced exceptional service as always. I was assisted by Rafael Ibarra who kept me informed of the progress of my visit. He provided videos and photos of recommended repairs. I highly recommend this establishment.
