We had handrails installed on both sides of our front stoop. The installers did a great job, and they look great; however, they were terribly overpriced in my opinion.

Unfortunately, While the finished product ended up being fine, the team was a nightmare to work with. There was a lack of communication throughout the process, Despite having very clear responsibilities on their website. When I would try to get something in writing to confirm Details of the project, it was literally impossible, despite eventually putting everything in emails so that I had a written ‘paper’ trail. We had a deck built by Sierra Structures four years ago and I would not recommend this company to anyone that would not want to have to redo their work four years later. They didn’t even use spacers between the boards to ensure water can drain, so water has just sat on our deck without draining. We are having to manually cut space between the boards now.
