I came back to this gym under a new name recently and boy was my wife right. Matt, Ian and Lauren are committed to not only fitness, but individual care for each member. I have found many CrossFit style gym workouts 1/2 hour in total Hi Impact work. Not here, you go and go for one hour straight. Each coach knows each members capabilities, encourages growth, but always looking out for our safety. Truly amazing and did not what know what I was missing until coming here.

Amazing!!! Getting to work with such phenomenal coaches that help me achieve the body that I want is all that I’ve ever asked for! Going to the gym doesn’t feel like a chore-the people here make me want to go to the gym and make me excited about it. I feel great! They also take the time to teach you the workout and help you understand; especially, if you are a newbie to weightlifting and crossfit like me. I have been working out here for 12 months. The programming and coaching is the best I have seen. This gym is very family friendly and the main focus in on making yourself better everyday. There is a kids playroom and members are encouraged to bring friends and family every Saturday. My Olympic lifting and functional skills have greatly increased at Sierra Strong.
