Always helpful and cheerful. Shop is well organized. Simplicity vacuum is wonderful. Staff is willing to give demonstrations and will let the shopper "clean" around the store to see how it works. Has an attachment for hard floors; good at picking up lint and threads-gathers them on the bottom so you can see how much you have picked up; had another foot for carpets. Feet are easy to change. Works better than my old Dyson.

I find Sierra Sewing to provide excellent service. They are always willing to help me solve any problems I have with either my machine or a technique even when I am not buying anything. The staff are all sewers and/or embroiderers so they are knowledgeable. They also attend seminars provided by manufacturers so they have up to date information about the machines they sell. A favorite shop. I've had quilts machine quilted at Sierra Sewing and the results were spectacular. I have an adult daughter with special needs who loves to sew. The staff treats her with patience, respect and encouragement when she visits the store. I'm always greeted with kindness when I shop. A+ experience every time!

Fast, excellent service! Sierra Sewing Center was able to get me in immediately for a repair to my machine and accommodated my need for one day service TWICE! (I live out of town). They have been friendly, helpful, reasonably priced, and their Tech, "Nick" is a rockstar who knows his stuff and how to explain it effectively! I highly recommend this business.
