Brought a car here for an engine swap. Only thing that got swapped was my money from my hard work to non work thief. Pulled motor. Paid $500 told me he had a used motor to put back in it but couldnt afford to put the money up for it so i gave Joe the money and never saw him nor the money again closed shop skipped town.
