Have been a customer for over 20 years. The accountant & fam bought the business and refuse to service the installed system, yet continue to charge the same monthly fee and want to upcharge for new equipment. They are not transparent. I asked how much for a service call, but received nothing. Our late Inyo County First District Supervisor Linda Arcularius asked, why buy a system from them when they can't insure against loss.
Great place with some really down to earth employees. They are prompt and helped with an alarm issue at my residence, glad to have them in the area.
These folks have an inability to communicate with clients in a timey manner. Aaron is a good technician but office staff can't put the pieces together to relay messages effectively.
