This condo is the worst experience with human beings I have ever had in my life, both as a realtor and as a person. The guest entrance was not working properly. There was a huge line of cars, with a 1.5-hour wait to get in, each car taking around 15 minutes for the gate to be opened, which clearly shows that the system does not work at all. Update on the new security gate December 2025: I’m attaching photos to show how bad the congestion has gotten. At one point there were around 12 cars waiting, all being handled by one security guard, and wait times can easily go over 40 minutes since there’s only one route for guests to enter. In the picture you can also see the kiosk, there’s nothing covering it when it rains. Right after it rains, the connection often gets really bad, either too loud and full of static or suddenly choppy and quiet, which makes communicatio... read more
Security gate system is horrible. We just had a shooting the other day INSIDE the community complex! So much for security. Bring back the previous HOA management, the current one , she's not so great. Wasting hoa money on rubbish.
