I see a lot of comments from residents here who claim this area to be “quiet and safe”. I would like to say that only applies to within the community gates. Outside the neighborhood especially passed midnight, there are a few episodes of people (or I assume returning alumni’s) drifting their cars like crazy (fyi: there was a time when they drifted for 3 nights and police couldn’t do anything about it, so they would continue their drifting activities) or worse cases, shootings.
