I'm being treated for an autoimmune disease. I always feel cared for and listened to. The infusion center is comfortable and I get the best care I could want.
Dr Dhillon and his entire staff has always treated me very well. Initial appointment he did an extensive evaluation, order many test and was able to come up with a diagnosis. Once diagnosed I was out on the gold standard type of treatment. I got my life back. My devastating pain was now manageable. After a year and a half my insurance company was wanting to go a cheaper route and denied the biologics. Dr Dhillon is the GREATEST!!!! He has such a calm , patient demeanor. He explains things in detail & welcomes any questions . He really makes you feel at ease. As far as the staff is concerned, every one that I have met in person , or talked with over the phone was very helpful & super nice.. I would give them ALL more than 5 stars if I could!!!!
Absolutely the worst office to deal with. I have worked in the medical field for 25 years.They continued to drop the ball while I was trying to get a medication refilled. Over a 6 week period!! My insurance was amazing and continued to reach out to them and offer assistance for the correct paperwork. On my final call to the office I was informed that the person that could send the fax is on vacation for a week. This was after knowing I was running out of my medication.
