Well after sitting here all day the trauma regulated standard in the ER gods forced me to have my operation pushed forward til Sunday of all days. All operating room availability is full today and all of next week. So my Amazing Orthopedic Surgeon, and his equally amazing PRN, made me a priority, and are taking their Sunday, to do my spine Decompression. Danielle Treadway, and Dr. James Olsen. It is 3 weeks and 3 days after my hip replacement and I am so grateful. Dr. Olson and his team are amazing. They have been only kind, helpful, professional and just wonderful. If anyone has any hesitancy about getting surgery it is so worth it, I’m tender from surgery but it is not at all like the grinding pain from osteoarthritis and is getting better everyday. Dr Olson has given me my life back. He has done six surgeries on my spine, neck, and hip joint. All different issues and each surgery has gone well. And at one point I had moved to Arizona to care for my mom and drove back 1000 miles one way for him to do another surgery on me. I've moved back and am seeing him again for another issue. Dr Olson and his staff are my heros.
On March 8th Dr.olson did a major surgery on my back I didn't want to do it because of the severity and risk involved but after meeting with Dr.olson I felt good about it it was a 5 hour surgery and to date I'm about 85 percent Dr.olson told me my recovery would take time I feel like I'm getting better little by little I want to thank Dr.olson and all those that were involved in the surgery at the hospital I also want to thank all of his office staff for helping me Dr Olson highly recommend.
