Austin was very speedy even when my wife would engage him in conversation he continued to work or excuse himself too literally run to his truck for a tool then reengage her in conversation when he returned. He did expert repair work and explained things to me as he worked. He left the area cleaner then when he arrived and I would certainly recommend Austin and Sierra Plumbing to anybody who needs a plumber.
Sierra Plumbing was able to take my call the same day and Austin got my toilet unclogged in a jiffy. Thanks guys.

Our issue of a propane gas leak - 'somewhere' was vague, and we were under a time crunch. Mike was a great communicator - and rapidly identified the problem. Respectful of our 'need for speed' - he and another worker pushed to get it done - skipping breaks and meals!! We would award 6 stars if the system allowed! Thank you Sierra Plumbing!!
