The Dr is good, the office staff needs more help. Only urology choice in the eastern Sierra Dr. Bortolazzo is a nice enough Doc. But her clinic is at Mammoth Hospital, with its terrible billing and customer service. Since Tomi is the ONLY urologist on the East Side, it's her or drive to Reno/LA. She took over for Daniel Eventov in Bishop at NIH, too. She does know her practice, and has good bedside manners.
