Interesting. My review of this horrible product and company seems to have disappeared. I put a 1 star review because zero is not an option. They replied as to others to ask me to email. Which I did. No reply. Quality was horrible. Paint scratches. Gaps in frames. Had to replace 2 mulled units and stuffed our contractor who now will not use Sierra. Also tried to clean and popped out of window. I have been working with Todd for 2+ years on a new home.Throughout the initial design phase, installation, and service, Todd has been welcoming, thorough, insightful, responsive and attentive.
