we have half pella windows (original house) and half Sierra Pacific (addition). Pella installed now for 25 years, not one problem from day one, Sierra pacific windows and doors problems from installation and ever after, Cheap, poorly made products. spend the money to get quality
I wish I had a better experience with this company. I ordered custom windows for my (5) kitchen windows, to match the sliding doors I have in my house (from the previous owners, Williams Door). Those doors are beautifully made and have worked well for many years. After the windows were installed I noticed several problems - very hard to open, the lining (rubber stripping) was either shredded (brand new) or began to shred after usage.
