I experienced excellent customer service from Erica in the Orinda, CA office when I needed replacement parts for our casement windows. My husband and I removed and reinstalled our windows when we painted, and along the way damaged a couple of hinges. Erica found the parts and sent them to us quickly. We are very appreciative.
