What a great company that stands behind their work, product, and have be great employees. Here we are years later and the door lock to a large beautiful door that spans over 12 feet stops working one phone call to sierra pacific and we have a service call scheduled a day later. Art was the technician on site and he made quick work of the lock replacement taking the time to ensure the door opening and closing functioned along with the new lock.
Working with Sierra Pacific windows, and Art specifically, was a breeze and a great experience end to end and would definitely recommend them. We had a bunch of other work we were juggling around and timing as well as a specific defined scope between contractors was definitely imperative.
