It has been very hard and frustrating trying to get an appointment. I have been put into the system so many times. Went to the urgent care with trouble breathing and I was turned away they didn’t have an opening until way later. I have never heard of an urgent care going by appointment and the office was completely empty!! Went elsewhere and was diagnosed with pneumonia will never return to this office ever again!
This place is wonderful!! The front staff is so welcoming, knowledgeable, spectacular with communication, and very kind. They are fast to get orders sent and pre-authorizations done. Super star team!! DR. Gousse is an awesome doctor who really listens to your concerns without making you feel rushed. His PA Marina is just as wonderful. She listens, puts your mind at ease and gets right on things that need to be done whether it's RX, imaging, referrals etc... I haven't had a doctor's office this competent in all my life. Took my daughter to see Robert Grousse yesterday. Very unprofessional, he was over an hour late getting her in. Creepy person. Front office was the only part of office who was professional I dealt with. Go to Thurman don’t waste your time here.
