I highly recommend Todd Avakian at Sierra Pacific. Our loan approval (in 2020 no less, during the pandemic) was a bit complicated and took longer than expected (not because of Todd, but because we own a small business). Todd was patient and persistent and got us the best interest rate imaginable.
