Disgustingly annoyed. Mortgage went up 600 a month from its original because broker did not inform me my escrow is helping with mortgage and will run out which will jump my mortgage after telling me he was gonna bring it down from original!!!!!!!! I highly recommend Todd Avakian at Sierra Pacific. Our loan approval (in 2020 no less, during the pandemic) was a bit complicated and took longer than expected (not because of Todd, but because we own a small business). Todd was patient and persistent and got us the best interest rate imaginable.
