I contacted Sierra Pacific Management about an apartment they listed for rent. When I inquired about my application status, they informed me that the apartment had already been rented out but was still showing as available on their listing.

They are a family founded and run company that takes extra care of their tenants and property owners alike. They are quick to respond to any maintenance requests and anytime I see them they are sure to check in to see if there is anything I need. Amazing company all around.
My family rented with Sierra Pacific MGMT for seven years in Chico, at their Humboldt Park apartments. Maintenance was always quick to respond to all problems minor and emergent. The on-site complex management team communicates well, is friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to help. This has been the most pleasant renting experience I have ever had.
